Founder, Geraldine Andre, is a Certified Event Decorator and Project Manager with over ten years of event planning experience ranging from intimate meetups for 25 guests to corporate events for over 2,500 attendees.
Geraldine has earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management as well as her Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management. She applies her knowledge of project management to the creation and development of large-scale events such as festivals, conferences, ceremonies, weddings, formal parties, concerts, or conventions. She is involved in studying the brand, identifying its target audience, devising the event concept, and coordinating the technical aspects before actually launching the event.
Geraldine is a serial entrepreneur who continuously comes up with new ideas and starts new businesses. She understands that delegation is the number one strategy for success in serial entrepreneurship. You simply have to find people you trust, or learn to trust the people you have. Geraldine believes in finding people with similar values and drive, and giving them a chance to flounder and learn.
As a thriving multiple business owner, business college professor, Vice-President of a local non-profit, motivational speaker, a wife and mother of two energetic boys, Geraldine continues to coach and develop others for success and still seems to find that perfect balance between family, business, and outreach.
